It’s much more productive than when you're throwing sharp elbows and arguing all the way through. For example, if you love the idea of the change itself, if you love the people you're working on that change with and you really enjoy collaborating with them, the chances of you actually succeeding in creating big change goes way up. J shared how the science of problem solving is on the side of love. J went on to say that although it may sound a little Californian, the reality is that the neurochemistry is on our side.
